What happens at your visit
- We have a chat.You tell us about your health and anything you've noticed.
- Your dentist checks your mouth.Teeth, gums and soft tissues. This is the comprehensive exam (item 011).
- X-rays, if required.They show what an exam alone can't, like between your teeth (item 022 × 2).
- Scale and clean, then fluoride.We remove build-up a toothbrush can't shift (item 114), then finish with fluoride (item 121).
- We tell you what we found.In plain words, with your options. Nothing else goes ahead unless you agree.

Most other health funds can be claimed on the spot through HICAPS too.

Who is the offer for?

Can I use my private health insurance?

Do you see children?
Yes, we see all ages. Eligible children aged 0–17 may be covered by the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, up to $1,158 over two years. Please check your child's eligibility, and ask us when you book how it works with this offer.

Please book first, online or on (07) 3269 6252, so we can set aside time for your full appointment.
What if I need to change my booking?

Offer conditions
- Includes a comprehensive oral examination (item 011), scale and clean (item 114), fluoride treatment (item 121) and up to two x-rays if required (item 022 × 2).
- New patients only.
- Patients without private dental cover pay a capped fee of $199, including GST.
- Patients with private dental cover are charged their fund's scheduled fee for these items, claimed on the spot through HICAPS. Any difference between the rebate and the fee is payable on the day.
- Your health fund card must be presented to claim. Eligibility and rebates depend on your policy, level of cover and remaining limits.
- Valid until 31 December 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier.
- Cannot be used with any other offer, and may not be available at all times.
- Your dentist will assess your oral health to confirm this treatment is suitable for you. Any further treatment is explained and quoted before it goes ahead.
